The Hi-Power, as it has come to be known, is one of the most successful military pistols ever.  This design was adopted or copied by at least 56 nations.  German models resulted from the German take over of the FN factory in 1940.  This variation has a fixed rear sight.

Made in Hungary under German occupation.  The 98/40 was an adaptation of the Hungarian M35 for the German 8mm round.  It was so successful that Hungary produced a version call the 43M after the war.

98k Mauser they also fielded a variety of other variations on the 98 Mauser design.  This included variations of countries Germany occupied during the war.  The G24(t) is essentially the Czech VZ24 Mauser design modified to meet German standards.  Note the full length hand guard.

An improved version on the 1910. The 1934 used simplified production techniques such as stamped parts, but the quality remained extremely high.  Though not the newest design, the 1934 was among the best of the German pistols of WWII.
